My name is Jack Koslosky, I work as a Mechanical Engineer at Zebra Technologies specifically working in products and solutions for Zebra's enterprise mobile computers. 

This website was created while I was studying both Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering at the University at Buffalo to showcase my skills beyond my paper resume. When speaking to any college student, I recommend doing the same; it allows for a platform to showcase their various achievements. It also helps bring their resume to life and offers a great opportunity for self-reflection

I grew up in Southold, NY, a quaint small town on the east end of Long Island 90 miles east of New York City. Growing up I had a strong interest in racecars, trains, and planes. By the time I got to high school, joining the robotics team was inevitable. During my senior year I was the President of the Southold Robotics Team, played on the tennis and soccer team, and was a member of the National Honor Society. 

Picking a college and major was not a hard decision after visiting the University at Buffalo. I studied  both Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at UB and graduated Spring of 2022. 

During my last two semesters at UB, I participated in SOLARSPASH with the ASME student chapter. We competed in Springfield, Ohio, competing in all events, finishing 7th place, and winning the Sportsmanship Award. Additionally, I participated in Engineering Intramurals with a team engineering students from various disciplines, to design a replicable community garden plan for a Buffalo area school. Throughout this experience I had been facilitating weekly meetings, keeping a line of communication with the project sponsor, and having conversations with the PTO to discuss their needs.

I also work on different personal projects, including work with bicycles and my vegetable garden.
